- If you have the sets in your office, we can make skype meeting or you can shoot a video about the broken products.
- Our technical team will examine your video and they will decide the products which need to be sent to ACF.
- Before sending the product, please sterilize it according to the Instructions for Use. (Only sterilizable products. Not battery and charger)
- Pack the product in such a way as not to damage the product during shipment.
- After that we will send the shipping instructions to you. There are important instructions for sending the products according to the IATA regulations if the shipment has the lithium ion batteries.
- If the Lithium-Ion battery is damaged, contact the ACF team officer before shipping.
- Include product LOT number and a brief description that indicates a glitch in the product to the dispatch note.
- The products will be ready to send back to you in 48 hours, after we received the products.
- All transportation costs, including departure and arrival of the goods shipped to the Technical Service shall be covered by the Consumer.
