Problem | Cause | Steps |
| Handpiece is not working when pulling the trigger. | Rotation switch is on the “center” position | Switch the Left/Right safety key on the middle of handpiece body L or R position. |
| Handpiece is taken out from autoclave and it is till warm | Wait for till handpiece is cooled down sufficiently (room temperature) | |
| Data Cable is not inserted to the handpiece or power supply sufficiently | Remove the data cable and insert it again. Make sure you hear ”Click ” sound. |
