As ACF Medical, we know how important after-sales support is for living products.
For this reason, we are always with you to ensure that our products are long-lasting and work at the highest performance until the end of their life.
Sending Equipment for Technical Service
- When you fill out the request form, our customer representative will first contact our technical team and provide you with information about the preliminary review results regarding your products.
- Our operations team will then send you shipping instructions. Please prepare the shipping documents for the product according to these instructions.
- Disinfect / Sterilise products in accordance with instructions indicated in the product’s user manual.
- Since any damage that may occur during shipping is not covered by warranty, please pack the equipment securely.
Note: Lithium ion Batteries have special shipping instruction. Please contact with ACF representative about shippings which includes batteries.

Your power tools will be repaired and sent back to you in maximum 72 hours after we received the product!
